Head of Engineering

Based in Poland, I work with Piwik PRO, a SaaS company that develops an Analytics Suite for marketers and analysts, focusing on respecting user privacy.
I have background in IT operations, starting in technical helpdesk positions and progressing into process manager role, where I've helped other teams achieve excellence. Afterwards I've moved into project manager/R&D Business Consultant role, with strong focus on Business Intelligence projects and building digital transformation products aimed at on-premises to cloud migration.
In 2021, I transitioned into product and engineering management, working closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and other IT professionals. This shift has deepened my technical expertise and leadership skills, resulting with moving in my current role as Head of Engineering.

Who am I?

I am an IT professional with extensive experience in software and product management, people leadership, and IT delivery management, supported by a solid technical foundation. Since 2021, I have been contributing to the development of the Piwik PRO Analytics Suite.

On a personal note, I am passionate about old rock music, automotive innovations, technical advancements, and role-playing games.
